Shojin continues to add experience to its Board of Directors

The Board of Shojin is excited to announce the appointment of Graham Rusling as Board Member and Advisor to the company with effect from 1st April 2025.

 

 

Graham has spent over 40 years with Barclays in various roles including Global Head of Restructuring. The majority of his career was in the credit risk arena, where he held many senior positions. During this time, he built a wealth of experience in supporting organisations through various stages of the business and economic cycle.
 
More recently, Graham has acted as a consultant, Non-Executive Director (NED) and chairman in a variety of organisations including Executive Chairman of the Institute for Turnaround, Senior Advisor to a distressed investment fund, and to Investec Bank. He is also a trustee of the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People.
 
We welcome Graham on board. His vast experience and expertise in Credit and Corporate Risk management will be invaluable in supporting Shojin through its next phase of growth
